No outside visitors are permitted without prior written consent from the lessor.
Article 4 — Booking Process
The customer selects their stay dates, enters the required information, reads the applicable contractual documents and proceeds to online payment. Before final validation, the customer may review the details of their booking and correct any errors. The booking only becomes firm and final after: — full payment of the stay price; — express acceptance of these Terms, the seasonal rental agreement and the house rules; — and, where applicable, validation of any information or documents requested prior to check-in. The lessor reserves the right to refuse or cancel any irregular, incomplete, fraudulent or non-compliant booking.

A security deposit of €1,200 is required under the conditions set out in the seasonal rental agreement.
Article 6 — Payment
Payment is made online via Stripe or any other payment provider offered on the website. The full price of the stay is due at the time of booking. Online payment constitutes a firm reservation request, subject to the validity of the information provided and acceptance of the applicable contractual documents.
Article 7 — Booking Confirmation
After payment, a confirmation email is sent to the customer at the email address provided during booking. This email summarises the key elements of the reservation and includes or refers to the applicable contractual documents on a durable medium. The booking is governed by the following documents: — these Terms and Conditions of Sale; — the seasonal rental agreement; — the house rules; — any annexes or supplementary documents provided prior to check-in. In the event of any conflict, the seasonal rental agreement prevails over these Terms for all matters relating to the conditions of occupation of the rental property.

Article 13 — Liability
The lessor shall not be held liable for damages resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer at the time of booking, nor for non-performance attributable to the customer, a third party, force majeure or any external cause.
