Booking & Pricing

What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Between 30 and 14 days, the 30% deposit is retained. For any cancellation within 14 days, the full stay is due.

Arrival & Stay

What are the Check-in hours?
Arrivals are from 3:00 PM. For late arrivals (after 8:00 PM), please let us know so we can arrange an autonomous key handover.
Is housekeeping included?
Cleaning is included on arrival and departure.
Is the property far from the town centre?
The property is 800m from the town centre.
I have a baby — is a travel cot available?
Yes, we can provide a travel cot for a baby.
Is bed linen included?
Bed linen is provided and included in the rate. Bath and beach towels are not provided — please bring your own.

House Rules

Smoke-Free Environment

For the comfort of all our guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the buildings. Outdoor smoking areas with ashtrays are available.

Serenity & Neighbourhood

The tranquility of the place is our priority. We ask you to respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Parties and loud events are not permitted.

Visitors

Access is reserved exclusively for residents of the property. Outside visitors are not permitted. Maximum 6 people.

Waste Management

We encourage recycling. Sorting bins are discreetly located at the entrance of the property for glass, plastic, and paper.

Safety & Pool

“The pool is a place of relaxation and refreshment. Everyone's safety is everyone's responsibility.”

  • The pool is open from 1st June.
  • Access allowed from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
  • Swimming is unsupervised. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Waste must be disposed of in the bins provided.

Responsibility

  • Pool users are responsible for their own safety. The property management accepts no liability for accidents, injuries or theft.
